Can also be used for shaving greens.
The cutting width of the Protea Sodcutter is 18″ or 460mm. This is the standard size for instant lawn. The machine is driven by “V” belts only. No expensive gear box to maintain, just 3 “V” belts. Depending on the condition of the ground, the machine should be able to cut 1500m2 – 2000m2 per day.
The machine is fitted with an 8HP/9HP Engine featuring a 6:1 reduction gearbox – very powerful and robust.
